Prestige Transport - Truck 288 Blue Volvo driver playing on his phone almost hit construction cones from not paying attention to lane closure, the almost hits guardrail. I passed the driver and witnessed him on his cell phone as I passed him, he later passes me (again playing on his cell phone) and nearly hits my truck crossing the line. It wasn't until I hit the airhorn that he swearved back out of the way.
