Here at DFS we like to give something back and make a difference to the communities around our stores. That's why we are so very proud to be rolling up our sleeves and hope to raise lots of money for BBC Children in Need in 2013.

To kick start our campaign to raise lots of money for BBC Children in Need. Three teams of DFS team members each carried a sofa simultaneously up the Three Peaks.

It took our teams from around the country a combined 18 hours to reach the summits of Snowdon, Ben Nevis and Scafell Pike. Carrying sofa's weighing in at more than 75kg with Pudsey and his friend Blush in tow, they covered 40,000 metres of mountain in a six hour trek, with all three teams reaching the summit at the same time raising over £15, 000 for BBC Children in Need.
