I got asked by somebody who is interested in joining the Royal Marines about what sort of weight training they should be doing to assist. Now I absolutely love weight training, and the great thing about weight training is it is so versatile. You can lift weights to get big and be a bodybuilder, use weights to rehabilitate and injury, or if you are a pensioner weight training will be very beneficial to help keep you strong and youthful. In this video I talk about what weights to lift to condition your body to be fit, strong and functional to help you in joining the military, whether that's the Army, Navy, Marines or Air Force.
