The Mumbai Monorail is a monorail system under construction in the city of Mumbai, India as part of a major expansion of public transport in Mumbai. The project is being implemented by Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority (MMRDA), with a consortium of Larsen & Toubro (L&T) and a Malaysian infrastructure firm Scomi Engineering. It will be the first monorail in India, since the Kundala Valley Railway and Patiala State Monorail Trainways (PSMT) were closed in the 1920s. Construction began in January 2009 and the first run between Wadala Depot and Jacob circle was supposed to start in mid 2013, but it got delayed for the reasons best known for MMRDA. Monorail operation is expected to start in early 2014. 
Seen here are the two monorails crossing each other at a very good speed. Sorry for the shakes as the video was taken from a moving car which was ripping through another Mumbai's upcoming wonder - Eastern freeway. The eastern freeway is another wonder in Mumbai, which presently is connecting Ghatkopar with the South Mumbai.
