Hi Guys, now i have holiday and im happy to have lot of time for workout and workout and workout again maybe you notice that i was bit better in the past, so i will use my full holiday as much as possible for workout !
First vid was taken after sport and before taking a shower and i well i still waiting if someone like to put my muscles to a test there, woudl a perfect place and perfect after sport with pumped muscles!

Well second vid was taken at home, i have try a new way to make my videos and i think it works goods, let me know what you think.
