We are in Gitutha Village in Limuru visiting Mama and Baba Njoki. We introduce them to bag gardens which are a great substitute for kitchen gardens and help her to save money in the kitchen by using gas. We also get advice from a nutritionist on how to cook nutritious meals and have a cook off.
