Maori Television in New Zealand needed to rebuild its infrastructure while remaining on-air. Grass Valley worked with Maori Television to design and implement a complete file-based service-oriented architecture. Grass Valley solutions included a GV STRATUS media workflow application framework integrated with K2 media servers, EDIUS NLEs, and a K2 Dyno Replay System. Infrastructure based on Trinix NXT routing switcher. Maori Television realized a fully modernized production and routing environments with lifecycles designed for long-term growth and new functionality that enables increased production creativity and workflow efficiency.
