Kirtan is an ancient vibrational Yogic practice--the central practice of Bhakti Yoga. Kirtan is a musical practice people of all walks and backgrounds join voices and hearts together in the spirit of Love, Devotion, Service and Healing. The Sanskrit mantras work to harmonize the individual with the universal truths to which the mantras represent. The mantras work vibrationally, so the mind doesn't even need to understand what the "mean"...although there are translations available.

Kirtan a user-friendly method of allowing our minds a chance to quiet down and sink down into the heartspace. Kirtan practice is joyful and is growing as a worldwide movement as part of the planetary awakening of this age.

The Mantra:
Oṃ bhūr bhuvaḥ svaḥ
tát savitúr váreṇiyaṃ
bhárgo devásya dhīmahi
dhíyo yó naḥ pracodáyāt
