In this video I wanted to share my thoughts on bullying and how to prevent it. I was once bullied myself for many years, but beat my depression and became more positive and stronger than ever before. You can never truly stop bullies from bullying, just like the police can't stop every criminal from engaging in criminal activites. But we can teach our children and the generations to come, how to love yourself enough to not let all this negativity have an impact on you. If I would have known what I know now, and loved myself enough when I was still in school, I would have been fine. I want to let you know that there is hope and everything you need, you can find within yourself.
