Petrotrin says it will meet its pension plan obligations.

The company put out a statement responding to a Republic Bank letter that is being circulated on social media. 

In the letter, Re­pub­lic Bank Ltd, the trustees of the Petrotrin Em­ploy­ee Pen­sion Plan (PEPP), ex­pressed con­cern over the com­pa­ny's at­tempt to change the pro­vi­sions of the plan as it is wind­ing down.
