Jan Collmer
FINA Extra 300L

2011 Blue Angels Homecoming Airshow
Naval Air Station Pensacola
Pensacola, Florida
Thursday November 10, 2011

This is a partial video of Jan Collmer flying his FINA Extra 300L on Thursday morning at NAS Pensacola. It is about 85% of his performance as I had to call it quits and take a break from shooting as the cold temperatures and high winds was too much for me. I did not film much else on Thursday, other than the Parade of Trainers and Warbird Flights, the Super Hornet demo, and the Blues.

I apologize for the black or white blips in the video, as I still have yet to figure out what causes it. In addition, the video is incredibly shaky because I was totally unprepared for temperatures in the low to mid 50s with winds exceeding 20 knots all day long.

If you are interested in purchasing DVDs of specific aircraft and/or of airshows, interested in anything and everything related to airshows (where the jet teams will show up, all airshow performers, airshow reports from airshows I have attended, previews of airshows I will be attending, etc.), a much more easier to navigate "version" of all of my videos, and/or everything there is related to aviation - including spotting guides to my favorite airports and military bases and aircraft factfiles, please take the time to check out Steve's Airshow World at http://www.stevesairshow.com .
