Well, Tomface and I embarked on our first Open ODE at the weekend... It involved a Novice BE dressage test (in which we scored 33 putting us into 2nd place out of 22), 1m sj course (fast easy clear!) and a mix of 1m-1m05 xc (including some novice BE fences), where we clocked up some faults due to scary drops and unexpected ditches... However, still MEGA pleased with the boy, he tried his heart out for me! (read full account at http://www.torheardeventing.co.uk/t-log.html ). Also, HUGE HUGE thank you to Soph ( http://www.youtube.com/user/Sophii17 ) for coming and helping me for the day, you were fantastic, and thank you for filming and lending me your two-point! Overall, had a fantastic day - still some xc issues to iron out but we're definitely getting there! :D
