After carrying out tuning & maintenance on this organ at St Michael & All Angels Church, Heydour, Lincolnshire. UK. We decided to make a recording. I chose this short piece as there are many registration changes indicated in the music, and a one early point in the music, the swell Celeste is called for. This organ has a Celeste, hence my choice of music. Apologies for the poor sound quality. We only had a small compact digital stills camera available to us on the day this was recorded. This excellent 11 rank (straight) 1897 tracker organ was built by the Hull firm of Forster & Andrews.
