Women will be able to lead and lead effectively if they are confident, committed, courageous and compassionate. It is important for women to find themselves as part of the discussion to deal with the problems society is faced with, be constructive in planning solutions and be prepared to hold up the sky by remaining committed to their believes, being courageous to voice out their dissents and have compassion over the less privileged.
