TJBQ Spotting: WINDY Friday!

Spotting video @ TJBQ/BQN! Spotting in 3/3/17, this day features an Atlas Air charter flight, Emirates' usual flight, and an unexpected departure from one of the aircraft from the Lufthansa Technik maintenance base. Notice that it was VERY windy during that weekend due to a cold front, resulting in 20+ kts. winds, gusting to higher speeds (not sure how much higher). Also, note that the C-130 seen on ramp is the one that some days earlier busted its landing gears and tires on the runway. As result, the airport was closed until the C-130 was removed from the runway, and because of it some flights were diverted to San Juan (SJU).
