Principals and district directors shadowed students as a way to learn what it is really like to be a Pony in our schools. It was all part of the national Shadow a Student Challenge. Administrators observed the school experience through the eyes of their students and reflected on what they saw. The leaders are sharing their observations with one another to determine what changes might be necessary to improve the experience for students based on what they've seen and heard first hand.
