How to delete all the blank rows in Excel steps 1. Filter the data with only blank rows visible 2. Select the rows visible 3. Right click and Say "delete rows How to select and copy only filtered rows 1. Apply filter to non blank rows 2. Select the filtered rows 3. press Alt+; which will only select visible rows 4.
