Nina Miller, designer and improviser talks about strengthening the 'trust muscle'. You need to trust in the other actors and the audience when improvising. We should approach every interaction and navigate every interaction as if we have a previously established relationship. This is at the heart of improvisation, which we can take into our every day lives. We are all in it together and the only option for success is collaboration. TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. Our event is called TEDxPhoenix, where x = independently organized TED event. At our TEDxPhoenix event, TEDTalks video and live speakers will combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events, including ours, are self-organized.
