Here is a fast way to defeat the Mummy Man in Hard mode Lv. 1 Cap in Portrait of Ruin. Equip the Dart Sub-Weapon for Jonathan and Clear Skies for Charlotte to protect you both from getting hurt from Mummy Man's Blocks. Just keep backdashing as Jonathan while throwing multiple darts that will kind of resembles an infinite 1,000 Blade. Of course it will be if you have the Magus Ring to refill magic quickly.
