http://www.ronsgoldclub.com Ask Ron Q&A - Jun Ito question: Hi, we are in the middle of purchasing a duplex with "Subject to" into the trust. We agreed that the seller will refinance to get some money out for himself (this is like our down payment) when we have a certain amount of equity in the future. Then we realized probably the bank won't let the seller refinance if the deed was transferred to the trust. Is there any way to work around this?? Thanks!
