Le Bar Buffet Sofitel Philippines Plaza Hotel Manila. Spiral is closed due to renovations so their lavish buffet has been transplanted to Le Bar which is the lobby lounge of the Sofitel Hotel. While the selection may not be as extensive as Spiral they still offer the usual favorites such as steamed shrimps, rock lobsters, curacha, mussels, poached salmon, U.S. prime rib, Peking duck pancakes, mixed tempura, beef sukiyaki, assorted Chinese dimsum and the foie gras station!
