Autumn is the best time to watch the nectar birds of the neighbourhood. Here's a wee selection from 1 of my 3 sugar water feeding stations. In winter 1/3 sugar water mix, summer 1/4 or 1/5, there's plenty of nectar about for them. In summer only Tui & Bellbirds drink from the feeders.
