This is a video for Tattooskin72 to help him with his lack of baking ability. I gotta work on my chef's patter, maybe come fall when the Connell Reds are ripe I'll show you how to make homemade caramel for caramel apples.
The Recipe:
1 one pound loaf frozen bread dough, thawed and risen
softened butter- about two sticks (more than you'll need)
brown sugar- a suffiency thereof
ground cinnamon
punch down dough and cut in half, on a lightly buttered surface pat dough into a rectangle.
Coat heavily with softened butter, sprinkle with cinnamon and cover with brown sugar.
Roll up dough, cut into 3/4 inch slices and place in buttered 7x11 inch baking pan.
Bake at 350 deg. (175 C.) for 20-30 minutes until browned. Turn out into a larger pan and enjoy.
