Builder.have been into the construction segment for the past 20 years.currently constructing a residential building of 4,500 sq ft. Why I prefer Bharathi Cement is because of its German technology, robotic quality control and the cement bag which is a tamper proof bag. I suggest this to all the architects and would prefer that they adopt this technology and use it in their constructions from footing upto the 3rd floor. Though it is a 53 Grade cement the setting time is also very fast and of quality. I would recommend it to the people to try and use it.
