A weird glitch in San Andreas, not using any mods. Here's what I did for this to happen:
I modified the "handling.cfg" file (vehicle handling properties) and changed a taxi's weight to make it really heavy. Then when I played the game and got in a taxi, it appeared in the middle of the ocean (the map only showed blue), I hopped out and CJ was doing this deformed state, so I filmed it.
