Irma is currently a Category 3 with sustained winds of 130 miles per hour. It is expected to track along the western coast towards Tampa, according to the National Hurricane Center. The National Weather Service has issued tornado watches for most of Florida, parts of southeast Georgia and the coastal waters around the region. Most of the mobile homes in Marshall's county in DeLand -- just 25 miles away from Daytona Beach -- were told to evacuate.
