Don't go thinking this is just another Mist Dragon fight, because it sure as hell is not. It will turn back and forth from its Mist to its Dragon form rather fast. It can hit your team with Poison Gass, which can poison your entire team. This, however, is not too threatening because you can easily heal the damage done by the poison. In its Mist Form, the Lunar Dragon will cast Slow on one character. Not to mention it has its Restore ability which will restore 9999 HP! His physical attack is also very strong.

First off, Bahamut is your best bet for summong here. If you need help healing, which is unlikely, summon Asura onto the field. Every 'fighter' should just attack normally, and of course, Kain should Jump and Yang should use Power/Deadly. Your White Mage should heal because the Lunar Dragon absorbs any kind of Holy attack. When Yang is poisoned, consider healing that because he can't use his Power/Deadly ability if he's poisoned. With this, you should do more damage than the Lunar Dragon's Restore can heal. If you need to use an Elixir, don't hesitate to do so.
