I was enjoying the view from our balcony on the 30th floor in the Morros City building in Bocagrande, Cartagena, Colombia.

Most of the intersections in this area don't have traffic lights. So cars that want to cross the main Carrera 2 road have to do so cautiously and get honked at by aggressive taxi drivers and motorcycle riders.
