THIS IS NOT USING ANY CHEATS. This is not using the wheelie set up either. This is the fastest car i'm aware of in GT4, not using wheelie setup. I know i didn't actually get 300, but 299 is close enough, and i have reached 301 before. This car can do about 267 without NOS, if any were wondering.
