Zillow Chief Economist Stan Humphries and CEO Spencer Rascoff wrote the book using quirky stats they gathered from their real estate website. They say you should always renovate your home's bathroom, not kitchen, for maximum return on your investment when you resell. Other quirky stats they've gathered from their site: A house on a named street costs more than a house on a numbered street, a home on a street or a road is less valuable than a home on a court or a way, and more.
