My mom has had Parkinson's disease for 11 years, and she really fights it tooth and nail. This fall, she attended a class about "Forced Use" which is a very hard, very strenuous class at the PWR Gym (Parkinson's Wellness Recover), but I could tell that she that she was moving a lot better and walking a lot faster and steadier. She's a rapper, and she wrote a rap about "Forced Use"
