Today in The Colonists, we build a train! The train is used to transport resources between train stations along the line. The train is a lot faster than using the roads. Although we must build the train tracks for our train which can take up some of the only limited space that we have. The train also requires a lot of research, but it's worth it

I just want to thank the developers of The Colonists for send me a free copy of the game so that I can record it for you guys.

#theColonists is a robot city builder where you get to manage cute tiny robots. In The Colonists, players must build up their tiny empire of robots and complete the objectives to complete the map. Roads in this game are unique, they act like tiny networks, where a robot delivers resources from post to post in their network, like a chain of robots. Some maps contain enemy robots where we must battle them and capture their spaceship. If you enjoyed my Banished or Stonehearth series, you might enjoy this game.

About The Colonists

The Colonists is a settlement building game inspired by classic titles like The Settlers and the Anno series.

You take control of a team of self-replicating robots who have escaped from Earth and are searching the galaxy for a new home where they can fulfill their dream: to be human.

You'll advance through three different Ages as you build infrastructure for your colony by constructing road, boat and train transport systems.

Harvest natural resources, set up farming and food production, create expeditions to discover new lands and research new technologies.

With two separate mission tracks, The Colonists lets either you create sprawling settlements in peace or race to compete against AI colonies in military winner-takes-all scenarios.

Explore, research, manage, tweak and refine to your heart's content!

Hello everyone and welcome! My name is #MacGhriogair (pronounced: MacGregor), but you can call me Mac. I'm a Let's Player that loves everything gaming. I believe that games are meant to be enjoyed, and I try to show that in my videos. I've been described as optimistic, easy-going, and laid-back, always ready to laugh at what ever is on screen. I do let's play, walkthrough, tutorial, how to, and other type of gaming videos on the channel. I also have a Not Just The FPS series where we monitor a game's performance. I've even done some videos on game programming. Thanks for stopping by and I hope to see you again!
