Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi agreed that Budget 2018, tabled on Friday, is an 'election budget' which oversees all segments of the people and urged all ministries, agencies as well as  departments to translate the federal spending into effective and efficient services for the public.
