Actress and singer Elissa Jo Roberts shows how beautiful it is to embrace birth by performing a part of the Vagina Monologue. She had participated in the V Day as a performer that was held in Korea. Her performance is a scene of a grand mother watching the whole procedure of her daughter giving birth to her grand child. The performance is given in English with Korean subtitles. (The first part was accompanied by an organizer just to give the translation to Korean audiences.) In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized.* (*Subject to certain rules and regulations)
