Court Orders Electoral Commission to Provide Documents For Trial to Begin for NCD Regional Seat

The Electoral Commission has been ordered by the Waigani National Court to provide documents for a trial hearing for the NCD Regional Seat. Presiding judge, Justice Terence Higgins has given two days for the PNGEC to provide the necessary documents after failing for a third time. Principal petitioner, Michael Kandiu, says the process has been slow but has high hopes for justice as the trial begins on Wednesday.
