Many people prefer the word "resolution" but I'll tell you why I don't; when you resolve to do something, the connotation is negative and harsh. Usually we're resolving NOT to do something, like not eating as much, not procrastinating, not focusing on our poor health. But the Law of Attraction works in the opposite direction - it relies upon your vision for a new future and new possibility and focuses on the affirmative statements: I have abundance, I am healthy, I feel joy. Then it sends you more of what you choose to focus on.
