I bought a new iPod dock and thought I'd share it with you. 
I paid $49.99 in Microcenter.
It's a pretty good unit, no issues at all.
The iPod connects a lot easier than the Skullcandy pipe I had before.  The unit comes with a few cradles for various ipods.  For this version of the iPod, I have opted to have no cradle and it fits fine.
