Hungarian producer and composer Insect Society is back on Basiks with "And Cleopatra Wept". His last release "Really Insane EP" gained huge support all over.

The Original mix starts off with an intense kick and bass combo that exudes power, lots of different FX sweep in and out of the sound and the percussions build up nicely. An acid line forms out of nowhere creating a truly hypnotic rhythm with a little bit of retro flavour. Quality synth work pops up and the break gives off a raw, organic vibe before slamming back into this very powerful groover, one to watch here.

The Floor Of Tears version is an epic extension on the original, a bit more club orientated while keeping to the hypnotic prowess of the main track. Definitely a must for DJ boxes all over.
