This is purely for people who wish to upload Fraps-encoded gameplay footage for Youtube HD.  ALL software that is used for this is free, except for Fraps.

PLEASE REMEMBER TO SET FRAPS TO 60 FPS WHILE YOU ARE RECORDING AND TO SET THE INGAME RESOLUTION TO 1280 X 720.  Most modern games run at 60 fps.  Some older games may run at 30 fps.  Use the FPS counter in Fraps to check before you record.
