In today's episode we finish up the harvest by purchasing a new corn header for the last field containing corn. Not enough cash to purchase a chaff combine or seedmaster at the moment, but I'm sure it will be installed at the farm in the near future. We also seed one of our smaller northern fields with grass. To make silage and just to have a place to collect grass in general. Another busy day here at Hobbs Farm. Saving cash and investing in the future with new gear for the farm and new fields to farm.
