Nature has no purpose. Does that make it dumb? Why is having a purpose so much smarter, if in the end the purpose is worthless? 

The cosmic janitor myth is a tragic story, quite entertaining though. 

I don't think building pyramids has helped much to relieve suffering in the past. Mostly just seems to lead to empire and slavery. That's why I prefer the "one with nature" myths. 

If there is no way out of the maze, how did someone ever get put into it?
