I was inspired yet again by another Hello Kitty line. This time, it's the Hello Kitty line by Tara Tarantino. It's very cute & girly, so I used the colors pink & blue. I hope you guys enjoy the tutorial!

The colors are bright & bold, but it's a different look that I came up with. I hope ya'll like it~
