Comparison of the 2013 Henessey Venom GT GPS for its 0-300kmh record run , and 2007 SSC Ultimate Aero using GPS readout from its 412kmh record top speed run.

The SSC has superior traction and pulls away from the start, while the GT buggered the launch and 0-100kmh. Because of this, the SSC remains ahead at 200kmh, 250kmh and 300kmh, while the superior aerodynamics allow the Venom to catch up. Both do 0-200mph (322kmh) in roughly the same time.

Summary:
SSC vs Henessey
0-100kmh 2.9s  3.8s
0-160kmh 4.7s  6.3s;
0-200kmh 6.2s 7.3s
0-250kmh 8.9s 10.1s
0-300kmh 12.8s 13.4s
0-322kmh 14.9s 14.8s

The henessey is, like the koenigsegg agera r, another too high horsepower car with too poor a traction to handle its power. Even with its traction control, it did 0-100kmh in 3.8s. Had it shaved off a second off its 0-100kmh, it could have easily kept up with the SSC.
The SSC however, deserves my kudos because they have excellently managed their power with a traction package capable of handling it.
