If you got to the Super Duper Mart and fully expected Brian Wilkes to come up and cut-scene-rape you in the middle of your raider/deathclaw/mad Brahmin battle, and he DIDN'T, then this may help you to locate him. If he is not found on the road leading up to Greyditch or in the Super Duper parking lot he will be at one of a few locations. He is secretly trolling you because he knows you need him for the "Those" quest.
