Erin Schneider co-owns Hilltop Community Farm and works there as an
organic farmer. Her farm focuses mainly on their community supported
agriculture program that provides weekly delivery of vegetables and
fresh-cut flowers to members. In her talk, Erin discusses how our own
gardens can become "eco-topias" of natural abundance. She offers
valuable insight into sustainability to help move us all towards an
environmentally sound future.
