The General Debate at the 73rd session of the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) was held on Tuesday at the UN headquarters in New York. 133 world leaders have signed up to attend this year's UNGA, up from 114 leaders in 2017. Secretary-General António Guterres set the stage for this year's debate with a widely supported call to reinvigorate the spirit of multilateralism.
