ANC Deputy President Cyril Ramaphosa has called for a Judicial Commission of inquiry into state capture, with wide terms of reference. Speaking at Cosatu Central Committee meeting in Pretoria, Ramaphosa endorsed the ANC NEC's decision that the commission is set up without delay. The decision is in line with the public protector's remedial action that the commission is set up, but the Chief Justice must select the Judge. President Jacob Zuma has taken that report under review. For more news, visit: http://www.sabc.co.za/news
