The Habitat Company has changed the face of Chicago. In its relatively brief 30-year history the company has developed over 17,000 residential units and currently manages over 23,000. We recently visited with Mark Segal, President and CEO of The Habitat Company. In this fourth part of our interview Mark outlines some of Habitat's initiatives to improve service to its residents.
