Here emergency update 

Heroes!
We have confirmed a few errors after the recent “Lena” update. We would first like to apologize for the time it has taken for us to review and resolve the issue.
1) Error with the rewards from Lena level-up webview event.
We’ve confirmed that some heroes obtained Season 3 weapons from Lena level-up webview event after the update. The Season 3 weapon was obtainable from “Legendary Weapon Card” at a low chance upon reaching level 44 on Lena. The issue has been fixed and Season 3 weapon is no longer available in the game.
We’ve checked that there are in total of 20 heroes who obtained Season 3 weapons all across the servers. Those Season 3 weapons will be withdrawn and sufficient compensation will be made through in-game inbox for those heroes who experienced this issue.
2) Unobtainable Accessories being Available
We’ve confirmed an error for obtaining accessories that are currently unavailable in the game through synthesis. This issue has also been fixed.
Those accessories will be withdrawn and sufficient compensation will be provided through in-game inbox for those heroes who experienced this issue.
3) Incorrect Loading Image Showing Unavailable Weapons
We’ve confirmed an error for the incorrect loading image showing unavailable weapons (season 3). The image has been replaced by the image showing Season 2 weapons.
We apologize for any inconvenience and confusion these errors might have caused.
We will try our best to prevent these errors from happening again in the future.
