The students who attended this class wanted me to give them a very slow and deep yoga session so i did. I am working this week also on getting portable WiFi and broadcasting these yoga classes live every Sunday at 6pm to 8pm. Please forgive me but I never know till I get home how the class filmed so please be patient as I learn how to light and demonstrate for the camera better.
